Published starting prices
MyCareCompliance starts at £24.99 a month and MyCarePolicies at £19.99. MyCareManager Core starts at £74.99, with standalone MyCareEMAR from £34.99. MyCareFuture offers a free account; that is not a promise that every activity or feature is free. Confirm the current price on each product website.
Compare like with like
List essential modules, user allowances, provider or branch limits, onboarding, data migration and support. A provider-based plan and a per-user plan can produce different costs as a team changes; check the actual terms rather than assuming one model is always cheaper.
Use the calculator as an illustration
The homepage calculator compares your entered monthly spend with published starting prices. It does not prove equivalent functionality or a guaranteed saving. A negative difference means the selected MyCare starting prices are higher than the spend entered.
Check the trial and the contract
MyCareCompliance and MyCarePolicies advertise 7-day trials with card details and billing on day 8 unless cancelled beforehand. Compliance's published plans state no contract. Check other products individually; we do not extend those terms to the entire suite.
