Who operates the Hub

MyCareHub and the MyCare product family are operated and developed by AJG Advisory Services Limited. The Hub helps UK adult social care providers explore products and request a demonstration. A Hub account is not a subscription to every product.

Who the products are for

Our intended customers include registered managers, nominated individuals, care workers and providers of domiciliary care, supported living and care homes. Product suitability depends on the service, purchased plan and optional modules.

Our development approach

The product family is shaped around practical care-service management, quality assurance and operational tasks. Each product has a distinct purpose. We encourage providers to check a real workflow in a demonstration and confirm current features, availability, access and pricing before choosing a plan.

Software and AI-assisted features support people’s work; professional judgement and responsibility for care remain with the service. Planned products are not presented as available.
